"The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! "A wonderful hotel! It exceeded my expectations. I had a single room, but it was large enough for me to be comfortable in. To my surprise, no noise from any of the nightclubs except a street singer, singing with a microphone in the middle of the night!😂 Juan at front desk as well as the barista at the coffee bar were absolutely amazing. Well worth the money. Best location, if you want to be in the heart of the nightlife."
