Super Gastgeber, tolles Haus und wunderschöner Gartenbereich

Tolles Haus mit vielen Möglichkeiten drinnen und draußen gemütlich zusammenzusitzen. Die Vermieter kümmern sich sehr liebevoll um Garten-/Poolbereich und waren immer ansprechbar und super hilfsbereit auch bei allen Fragen zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, etc.

Wonderful property close to all amenities and all of natural beauty of the Costa Smeralda yet set on a private and stunning setting in the outskirts of Arzachena. Perfect for families with a manicured lawn, bbq and pool. Highly recommended, truely delightful.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Sardinien

Unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder zwischen 7-12 Jahren) waren 14 Tage in diesen sehr schönen Haus, dessen Prachtstück der sehr große Garten ist mit teilweise sehr alten, schön schattenspendenden Olivenbäumen ist. Das Haus hat für alle völlig ausreichend Platz geboten, bei sehr heißer Witterung waren wir für die Klimaanlage (optional zuzubuchen) sehr dankbar. Im Garten gibt es unterschiedlichste Stellen zum Verweilen (Grillhaus, Poolterassen, Veranda und viel schattiger Rasen) und natürlich einen sehr großen nicht gechlorten Pool um den sich der Vater der Vermieterin genauso gekümmert hat, wie auch um das Gießen der Pflanzen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und deren Eltern, die stets ansprechbar waren, war völlig problemlos. Die Beschreibung der Anlage entspricht völlig den Tatsachen, insgesamt ist sie nur sehr zu empfehlen!!!

świetne wakacje!

Spędziliśmy w domu w Arzachenie wspaniały tydzień. Dom był wygodny, ładny i zadbany. Właściciele byli wyjątkowo sympatyczni i przyjaźni. Teren piękny i zielony. Było tam miejsce zarówno dla amatorów opalania jak i dla tych, którzy lubią odpocząć w cieniu. W dodatku wszędzie było blisko - do restauracji, najbliższej miejscowości czy sklepów. Polecam!

Beautiful house in a lovely garden

The house was clean, well equiped and we did not miss anything! The swimmingpool was great for adults and children. Arzachena town is only 5 minutes away and there is a very nice restaurant nearby. The owners of the house is very helpful.

Excellent pool area although children need to be supervised as it’s deep. Large garden area suitable for relaxing or running around. Need own transport to get around with. Recommend ordering the air con in mid summer. We managed without but it was a bit hot in the bedrooms. Good base for exploring Coast and inland. Good market and supermarket in local town. Good restaurant within walking distance at local hotel. Property is well equipped and has an outside ‘kitchen’ with charcoal barbecue which was fun to use.

A lovely quiet villa in a very good location but near a big town. The owner was very helpful.

The villa was very well equipped and the garden was most delightful with a lovely clean pool. The local hotel, one mile away, had friendly staff and we had a very good evening meal on two evenings. The location was good, twenty minutes from the coast.

Très belle maison avec tout le confort nécéssaire, spacieuse, literie impec. La maison est au calme absolu, pas loin de la ville pour les commodités et à proximité de très belles plages. Le plus pour nous a été le jardin luxuriant (l'ombre ne manque pas) et très bien entretenu, piscine très propre, la véranda est très agréable, on ne se lassait pas de la vue que nous offrait l'extérieur. Proprietaires disponibles et très acceuillants, merci beaucoup pour le panier plus que garni! et pour tous les conseils... Excellente location.
