“The staff were very mixed, some were helpful and very friendly, while others were near hostile and unwilling to help at all. The bar tenders were nice and funny, the spa staff, especially masseuse Rosie, were lovely. The doormen were great.
The carpeted floors were stained, but there wasn't a smell in the rooms or hallways. The cleaning service was odd, as they forgot to give me new towels after removing the used ones a couple of times and didn't replace the toilet paper or shampoo when needed.……

“The hotel is clean and the breakfast is good. Overall speaking, it is a good hotel if you do not mind it locates a bit far from the city centre or you do not mind to call taxi for your transport. The nearest metro station is located about 20 minutes walk. The pedestrian around the hotel was bad and sometimes you need to walk on the car road. The traffic around the hotel is very busy.”
