Character apartment between Ocean and Gulf in a charming property.

Ideally located (200 m from the large beach of Port Navalo and piers for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan -Ile aux Moines and Ile de Arz- and the islands of the Atlantic facade -Belle Île, Houat, Hedic- and 50 m from the Gulf, this furnished 44 sqm * furnished duplex apartment belongs to a charming residence located in the old Customs building built in 1847 and completely renovated, it has all the modern conveniences, private parking and a large garden planted with trees of 2000m2.
Due to COVID-19, special attention is paid to health safety by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before the arrival of travelers.

nice and very good located Apartment. Very close to the little Bay with nice restaurants. In good walking distance and by bicycle to other nice spots.

Situation idéale sur le golfe du Morbihan

Un petit appartement très bien situé, proche des commerces, de la plage et des excursions à faire dans le golfe du Morbihan. Le petit jardin est très agréable et très calme. Rien n’y manquait, le propriétaire nous a même mis des vélos à disposition! Notre séjour était des plus agréables.

Ce logement est très bien placé et très bien équipé. Petit bémol ce logement manque de clarté. Sur l’annonce il n’est pas précisé que celui se situe au 1 et étage.
