Harbor View – 400m from Beach – Apart for 2

Welcome to Arzon, in this furnished apartment located on the first floor of a quiet residence, without a lift, facing the Crouesty port. Perfectly equipped to accommodate two travellers, it has a fitted balcony offering an unobstructed view of the port. The beach, accessible on foot, is just 400 metres away, as are the shops and restaurants located less than a kilometre away. Swimming, water activities and seaside walks will be on the programme during your stay.



Enter through the entrance door and move towards the living area that provides access to the balcony. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped (ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave) and has everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, a Senseo machine, a kettle, and a toaster are also at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table or enjoy the one on the balcony during nice days. In the evening, relax in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



The room is equipped with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a chest of drawers.



The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for greater comfort.



A washing machine, a board and an iron are also at your disposal.

Le lit de 1m60 de large est surdimensionné par rapport à la superficie de la chambre. Les portes de placard ne s'ouvrent pas complètement. Les parties bois du balcon et la porte d'entrée sont très sales par rapport aux autres appartements. Sinon, l'emplacement est idéal pour faire de belles balades sur les chemins côtiers. Très bon séjour malgré tout.
