This 28m² cocoon, welcoming and bright, opens onto a warm and well-arranged living space. A living room with 2 sofas and a television allows you to relax watching a movie or a sporting event after a day of activities. The dining area overlooks a functional and well-equipped open kitchen: ceramic hobs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster and kettle. Everything is designed so that you can cook and enjoy good homemade dishes.



On the night side, a comfortable room with a double bed (140x200) awaits you. A sofa bed (double) in the living room can accommodate an additional sleeping space for one person. The bathroom, with shower and hair dryer, completes the apartment.



You will be able to park easily in the residence's parking lot, but the accommodation does not have a designated parking space.
