"Good stay. Second time here. Only issue was “early check in.” I’ve neverrrrr gone to a hotel where we go to see if the rooms available and allowed to check in with no issue. This was the first time everrrr being told bc we are an hour early it would be a fee. Normally if the room is ready good customer service just accommodates us. Knowing we came with a crowd, baseball team. Not happy about that experience. "

I will give then two more days before I call them directly for the refund. "

"Everything was wonderful during our stay with one exception. We stayed in room 306 and every so often we’d hear this strange knocking noise next to the bathroom and electric box. It occurred at all times and night with the last night being from 4:30 am until 6 am. We spoke to staff who said they were aware of the problem and there was a loose pipe in the wall. The only way to fix it would be to open the wall. It sounds as if no one wants to fix it. Other than the problem with the wall everyone...
