"This hotel is horribly run. I reserved 2 nights on Expedia only to get there and the hotel staff to tell me they had no record of my booking. The room had not been cleaned or readied for guests because they were not expecting a guest. I had to call the owner who supposedly lives in Austria, made an international call for that and he was very dismissive of the situation and offered no help. One of the managers actually told me that they were not listed on Expedia and someone else must have created a fake listing and my reservation was not paid for. The night before I left they finally got in touch with one who had created the Expedia listing and confirmed my reservation was valid. The hotel itself isn't bad, the road to get there is really bad. The surroundings are beautiful as it sits right on Lake Bosomtwi. But this experience soured my stay. This was horrible coordination on their part. They need to do better. I don't blame the on-site staff, I blame the management who failed to communicate things with their staff. "

"The place itself is nice but there are stuffs that they did I never seen or heard before I booked the place online which was $60 or $70 night and booked 3 days and paid everything I came to the property showed everything to them and there was a confusion between the owner and the manager.they are both saying different things and they came to agreement that it’s $130 a night so I need to balanced them some amount which I didn’t understand and I didn’t wanna argue so I said ok cool and later they said the money I paid through Expedia they didn’t received all the amount so I need to add another amount again and I was like really , if Expedia didn’t give you all the money that’s not my business so I decided to pay for hat they asked for and didn’t stay there for the other remaining day. Other than that it was cool in there the WiFi was fast too"
