Nestled in the serene landscape of Ascona, Switzerland, the large and modern residence "Sabrina" offers an exceptional holiday rental experience for those seeking comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. This impressive 4-storey building, constructed in 1970, is home to 68 apartments and stands gracefully surrounded by trees and meadows in a central, quiet, and sunny position approximately 600 metres from the centre of Ascona. The residence benefits from a generous shared park spanning 6,000 square metres, a beautifully maintained garden ideal for relaxing, and a heated outdoor swimming pool measuring 15 by 7 metres, available seasonally from 15 May to 15 October. Motor access to the property is available, and parking is conveniently provided at the house, including a communal covered parking space numbered 19. The property is situated in the countryside, 1.5 kilometres from the shores of Lake Maggiore, offering a peaceful retreat with easy access to the surrounding region.

"Sabrina App. 006" is a well-appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 72 m2 on the ground floor, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort and style. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully arranged to offer both privacy and a welcoming atmosphere. The spacious and bright open living and dining room serves as the heart of the apartment, furnished with a dining table and complemented by direct access to the garden and patio, inviting you to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at your leisure. The first bedroom is a double room equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, offering a restful and comfortable retreat. The second bedroom features 1 set of bunk beds sized at 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, making it a practical and cosy space for additional guests. The single bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC, providing all essential facilities for your stay.
