「We very much enjoyed this stay. The house was perfect size for the two of us and very very clean. We enjoyed the fireplace in the evening when we got back from the Biltmore. 「Everything seemed clean but unfortunately we did see several roaches and a few other bugs. Also I really want people to know that this is not a kid friendly place. There is a steep flight of stairs that is just open to the apartment. So small children cannot be put down unless left in a room. So that wasn’t very convenient. The owner was very nice and communicative. So I appreciated that.」

「This place is perfect! So close to everything. While we didn't use the kitchen very much, it is fully stocked. It was just the 2 of us but the space would easily hold more. We did not hear anything from the tenant above or any traffic noise. The parking space would not accommodate my boyfriend's crew cab pickup, however, the parking garage was so close that it was not at all inconvenient.
