"I wish I could rate this 10 stars! What an incredible hotel experience - especially with a dog! Our standard poodle Murphy was treated with such kindness and got his own goodie bag at check in. Restaurant have amazing food, all the staff were so friendly & kind but not in a fake way, it was all so genuine and I will definitely recommend this to everyone and we will also be back for a longer stay next time!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. Our only issue is that the unit we were in had several things that were not working. The light in the refrigerator was not working, the light on the microwave was not working, the clock on the microwave was not working, the toilet leaked and there are other small issues with maintenance. We enjoyed the location and size and comfort of the unit."

"The bed was very comfortable, and property was generally quite clean. The property is very convenient to the highway and down town Ashville and the Biltmore Estate. We had mixed feelings about the staff; the evening person on the front desk was very nice and helpful, but we found the day person was a little testy when we arrived at 3pm and checkin was 4 pm"
