Cheery private suite in lower unit of home in peaceful, safe neighborhood only 5 mins drive to downtown AVL and a short walk to Woodfin Riverside Park on the French Broad River, come relax in this peaceful and unique space.

Artistically designed space with with full kitchen, 1 full bath, and bedroom. Comfortable queen bed with organic sheets and down comforter. Private Outdoor patio space with string lights.

The space is peaceful, clean, fresh, and vibrant, tall ceilings throughout, lots of plants and radiant morning and evening light. Outdoor private patio with seating area and fire pit and string lights. Walk in through the double French doors into main area of suite that includes living area and full kitchen fully stocked with utensils and basic amenities (coffee, tea, salt pepper olive oil, oatmeal etc…). Bathroom includes a bathtub and shower stocked with organic shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Bedroom is adjacent to living room and includes a comfy queen size bed, closet and dresser.

Cute basement apartment

Cute apartment, about 6 minutes from anything we wanted to do downtown. Ubers were about $10 to get to the arcade area and salvage station. Easy check-in.

Nice place

Nice place to stay on our first trip to Asheville::: enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and coffee outside in the morning. We also walked to the river each evening. Perfect spot for us.

Cozy spot close to breweries

Jillian's place is great! Very clean and all we needed for the weekend with our dog. It was close to the breweries, 5 minutes from New Belgium and the restaurants! One thing to keep in mind is that if you are a light sleeper your good night sleep may be dependent on who is staying upstairs. This didn't bother us for our stay, but you can hear folks upstairs walking and talking. Again not bad for our stay. Just something to note if you are a light sleeper. Overall great stay for a couple with a dog in Asheville!!!
