Quick stay - lovely place
We needed a place for just one night, and this spot was just perfect for us. We're former Asheville residents and I was thrilled to find this lovely place. Very cozy. My kiddos felt right at home.

Great Location
Great place to stay for easy access to downtown Asheville and the many things you can do in the area. Clean and comfortable apartment that was good for our short stay. We traveled with our small dog and it was a good fit for her too! Our only negative was that the neighbors have loud donkeys that bray at all hours. Wasn't untolerable but if you have a dog that is reactive or anxious it might not be a good fit.

The interior of the property was clean and very well equipped. We always appreciate a pet friendly property. The exterior needed work. The garden was terribly overgrown. The grass was very high and was not cut until the last day of our stay. The porch rails were knocked out of shape and the entire porch could have used a power wash. We were told we would be charged $25.00 if we did not clean up after our dog. When we arrived, the gate to the lawn was open. A neighbor dog visited the property almost daily and we ended up cleaning up after that dog as well as our dog as not to incur the fee. The laundry room also needs some work. It was dark and did not feel clean. I had to dry and fold towels and sheets that were left behind before I could do my own load.

Perfect getaway in the mountains
We really enjoyed our time in this house. We stayed in the fully furnished basement part of the house, but it did not feel like you were staying in the basement. Our dog absolutely loved looking out the big windows. The bed was super comfy! The bathroom had a huge shower. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed.

Small vacation
This place was not to bad. It was perfect for anyone with dogs. They had an outdoor space to go. You have to be a little careful the fence is not the best and it does share with other neighbors. The drive way is a little tight for larger vehicles (I have a Chevrolet 1500 four door pickup) but it does work. Overall our stay was excellent this place is in a fairly good spot to be able to get around Asheville without much problems. I would recommend to anyone.

Short Getaway
We had a short one night stay in Asheville, and the house was lovely. Everything was as described, we loved the quietness of the location and the flowers/fruit trees/landscaping. Very peaceful retreat, and we would stay again.

Convince and Comfort
This little home was ideal for our long weekend. There was nothing we needed and check in and out was super easy. We also brought one of our dogs who also loved this property. Great for dogs who listen well as the front gate had mulch holding it open but fortunately our girl sticks close by us and we supervised her outside time. The bedroom was gorgeous and the pillows and bed were so comfortable. So convenient to downtown and anywhere you wanted or needed to go. Would love to stay here again!
