Great location and amenities!

We had the best time! A little hard with a toddler in tow and all of the stairs but we knew that going into it. The elevator is great for bringing bags in. Location was perfect to walk to Vortex Doughnuts in the mornings! Would def stay again.

Nice setting for group vacation

Property was as pictured and location was walkable to many restaurants and breweries. Comfy beds and it had everything we needed. Wish we had warmer weather to enjoy the rooftop terrace. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect location for all activities

We had a great time celebrating my Mom’s birthday. The house was very clean, well stocked, nicely remodeled with very comfortable beds/couches etc. The elevator was a perfect plus. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop with the fire pit since it was cooler at night. We were able to walk easily to town and the other attractions were very close. Thank you!!

Great holiday in Asheville

We had a wonderful time in Asheville with many things to do from the Va Zoom Party Bus to watching Elk in the Valley and of course The Biltmore Estate and Winery A great time had by all. Thank you VRBO.

Grand Slam is just as advertised

We were 5 in total and 3 bedroom3 bathroom was perfect. Middle floor with family room and kitchen were great for hanging out together. Everything was clean and as advertised. Location is an and easy walk downtown. Will definitely stay here again

Great location

We wanted walking access to south slope brewery district and downtown. And easy access to freeways to go to Pisgah and DuPont to mountain bike. This property nailed it and was also great because it had a bathroom per bedroom. Would stay again.

Perfection

This brownstone is perfectly equipped and decorated. Walking distance to downtown and steps from the baseball field, it’s a great location. Bonus is a rooftop terrace with grill and fire pit! Loved this place!

Great location. Beautiful condo. Walls are a little thin (can hear a lot of outside activity) and, per the description, the garage is tight. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House

This was an amazing house. We spent our days out sightseeing and our evenings on the beautiful roof top deck. Everything was just wonderful. This was our first time to Asheville and this house just made the stay so comfortable. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Condo

Very clean and modern condo. Top private deck with firepit was an awesome hang out spot. Lots of stairs but the elevator was helpful, especially taking bags down to the garage. Location was awesome. We were able to walk to downtown. Had a great time in Asheville.

Was clean and well appointed. Nice kitchen. The heat was a little tough to figure out but we just opened the windows. Garage was super convenient. It was close to so many things. We enjoyed our girls trip.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location for exploring Asheville, but having your own space and parking. It would be nice to have a garage door opener so you don’t have to get out each time you park (especially when it’s raining or snowing)... but overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Girls weekend in Ashville

This house worked out perfectly. We loved the roof top deck mountain view, with gas firepit, and the open floor plan of the interior. The garage comfortably fit an SUV and we had free street parking for our 2nd vehicle. Beds were comfortable, with nice linens. A very short drive or Uber to downtown and close to the Biltmore as well. - Definitely recommend

Location, Location, Location and so new!

Wow! This property was wonderful! We had 6 adults and it fit everyone perfectly (6'2 guys didn't mind the bunk beds). The levels of the house makes it very quite and allows everyone to have their own space. Walking to everything! So convenient! Beautiful rooftop with gas firepit! Would absolutely come again!

Great location but lacking thoughtful touches

Terrific location, en suite baths & internet TV in every room were helpful; however, for the price, we were disappointed by the quality of provided necessities … one-ply toilet paper, 3-in-1 bath product, rusty knives. A few thoughtful touches would have gone a long way to validate our decision to splurge on this listing. The beds were comfortable and the living room/kitchen level was a great place to gather.

Comfortable & Sunny Condo

The property management company was courteous and responsive to our questions. The maintenance staff had to do a routine check-in on something noticed by the cleaning staff. We were impressed by their diligence to make sure all was well our rooftop patio door. And our guy who came… I think his name was Leroy, he was friendly and very kind, even volunteering additional information. Nice condo and nice experience overall.

Super Property

This property is brand new - everything is high end. We stayed in March just before the 'stay at home' order was put into place, and just as all restaurants and bars were ordered to close, so we had PLENTY of time to get acquainted with the property. Construction in the area was pretty heavy March 2020, but by the time rentals are back up and running this shouldn't be an issue. If you have anyone in your group who has difficulty with stairs this isn't the unit for you. Location is excellent, you can easily walk to the best Asheville has to offer, and views from the rooftop patio are worth the climb!

Quick Visit to Asheville

We stayed here July 21-25 for a “mini family reunion” and the place was perfect. The location is, as advertised, very convenient to the craft beer scene and to downtown. The condo was perhaps the most nicely appointed VRBO home we’ve ever had. The furniture, the fixtures, and the provided housewares were all top notch. Even with three vehicles, parking was no problem - the garage housed one and there was plenty of convenient street parking for the other two. The elevator was great for groceries and luggage. Only two things surprised us: one was the lack of a dresser in the upstairs guest room. The other was wasps in the fire pit - though someone must have anticipated that, as there was a can of insecticide spray nearby. Neither of these were major issues, just surprising given the overall high quality of the property. Overall an outstanding place in a wonderful location. We will likely return to Asheville and will most definitely look to stay in this property, or a similar Yonder managed one, again.

Hit a Home Run at Grand Slam

So this property is RIGHT NEXT to the minor league baseball stadium in Asheville. Which would have been really cool If there wasn’t a pandemic. Anyway, there was a garage directly underneath each unit with your own private elevator to access each floor of the unit. That was wonderful as there were three floors plus a gorgeous roof top area. The garage, however, didn’t fit our F-150 so we still had to park on the street. The unit itself was new and immaculate. The beds were comfortable, the sheets so soft, plenty of hangers, and the towels really nice. I would definitely prefer a few extra towels as there was one per person and, if you shower twice a day, you’re using a damp towel to dry yourself. The TV’s were Smart and we were able to relax in the evening and watch our Netflix. The location of the townhomes, while not very picturesque (gas station almost directly across the street), was very convenient. Walking distance to town and a very short drive to Biltmore. If you didn’t want to use the elevator constantly there were ALOT of stairs. I didn’t mind but if you have toddlers it would be very difficult to keep them safe. Bring the baby gates. I also really appreciated the binder of information provided on the coffee table which answered practically every question you could have on the unit and the surrounding area. Overall a great stay and wish we had stayed longer
