Great Quiet Stay

Great stay in Asheville. Quiet neighborhood, great yard, and hot tub. Great location I think we were 15 mins away from everything we wanted to do and see!

Wonderful place to stay

This home provided a group of friends a wonderful place to start and end the day as we explored Ashville for the first time. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Great house for our quick weekend getaway

House was perfect for three adult couples and very clean. Approximately a 15 min ride into town and a great little coffee shop within 5 minutes down by the river (High Five). Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Beautiful location

The property is gorgeous and has a lot to do. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the peaceful water feature, fire pit, game room, and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean.

Asheville quiet getaway

The house was everything we wanted for our getaway Asheville area. Very comfortable and well equipped. Adjustable beds were a very nice surprise. Soaking in the hot tub was very private and peaceful. Loved the convenient access to downtown Asheville. Perfect choice for two people or a family vacation.

Not Enough time to enjoy everything

This was one our best stays anywhere, ever. Everything was clean, it's location was only 15-20 min from places we needed to go. The outside amenities made it a great place to be either inside or out. We will be back.

Quiet and private

The house is beautifully decorated but still comfy. The beds were amazing! The back yard is private and big enough to enjoy outdoor games and get together. Our family loved it. We enjoyed the deck and fire pit area with waterfall especially.

This house was perfect for our week away! Great location, 10 min to downtown Asheville. On a cul de sac of a quiet street, huge backyard with playroom and hot tub, fire pit w sticks for smores and a little waterfall.

We stayed at the house at the end of December with our children and in-laws. It was perfect. The kids loved the yard and we loved the deck and firepit. We'd definitely come back!

Sibling reunion

Our stay was fantastic. This home is beautiful, fully stocked and very comfortable. All 3 bedrooms have king-sized beds, each with a bathroom. Who could ask for more? The private yard, waterfall, and spa were all enjoyed by our group. Early check-in was a bonus. We hope to be back.

Beautiful Stay

I stayed here with my husband and 2 year old son for our very first visit to the area and couldn’t have been happier! They whole place is very clean and we had a wonderful big back yard to enjoy too! The hot tub was wonderful to relax in after long days exploring all the local attractions which are close by and we built fires to roast marshmallows by the relaxing waterfall in the backyard! The kitchen has everything you need and we made all our dinners there and on the backyard grill. The beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Seriously wonderful family vacation!

Pre wedding family vacation

Beautiful backyard with lovely water feature, firepit, large lawn, jacuzzi, and game shed. We had a great time hanging out at this lovely home with our two daughters + their boyfriend and fiance while getting ready for their wedding the following weekend in Asheville. Relaxing Base for Asheville Exploration

I've stayed in many vacation homes over the years and this was the nicest home I've stayed in - there was plenty of room for adult children, spouse, and elderly parents. Spotlessly clean property in a peaceful neighborhood with views. The kitchen was loaded with amenities and there were so many thoughtful touches - right down to a cannister of umbrellas and walking canes by the doorway and a loaded spice cabinet. It was about a 10-15 min drive to downtown Asheville with some curvy roads, but fine as long as you took your time. Easy access to Blue Ridge parkway. Highly recommend this home!

Nice with comfortable memory foam mattresses and well appointed kitchen. Third bathroom had a TINY sink & little space for toiletries - not shown in photos. Yard mowed as we arrived but not blown so grass clippings littered the fire pit patio and chairs. Needs minor handyman work & more ceiling fans.

Best VRBO experience ever!!!

The house was amazing! The hot tub was amazing! The waterfall feature was so peaceful and beautiful. But the best thing about this stay was the property management/customer service! I had several questions and requests before and after booking and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all of my questions were answered so quickly!! They even offered a discount on an extra night! We will DEFINITELY be staying with Yonder NC again! Especially since they offer repeat customers discounts for future stays!!! Thank you so much!

Great place!

One of the nicest rental properties I've ever stayed at. Three large bedrooms, each with a large and comfortable bed. Completely equipped kitchen including spices. Extra towels, paper towels, toilet paper and kitchen bags, instead of the usual nickel and diming. Relaxing back yard. Excellent televisions. Tastefully decorated. I could go on... great place for the money!

Clean Home with All You Need

We had a great stay in this home last week. We had a group of 6 of us and it was a good space for all of us. The backyard was a great spot to hang out and my kids loved the hot tub and game space. The home had everything you needed and it was easy to communicate if anything came up. The location was easy for getting into Asheville, about 15 minutes but an easy drive. We did some hikes south of Asheville and went to the Smoky Mountains for a day trip. Overall a lovely vacation!
