Spacious home with fenced yard and view

Had a wonderful stay here and got to bring my dog along. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. The backyard is fenced with fire pit and a really nice front porch with view of sunset over the mountains. The kitchen and living area are very open and spacious. Great communication as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Quick trip

Stayed to see our daughter sing the national anthem at the Asheville Tourists ball game. Like it so much we're thinking of coming up later this fall with my parents. Perfect for multi-generational groups. Cleanest VRBO we've ever rented. Easiest check out!

Excellent Property Close to Downtown Asheville

The property is delightful. There is a large fenced back yard, a fire pit with seating, and an outdoor gas grill. It is beautifully landscaped. The house has two levels. The lower level has a game room, a small room with a sofa bed and large TV, and bathroom with shower. The sofa bed is comfortable.this area has its own separate entrance and door separates it from upstairs. Upstairs has two bedrooms which share a bath with shower. There is a washer and dryer, and large kitchen which is fully equipped, even has a mixer The kitchen and living room is one large open space. There is a wonderful front porch. Communications with property manager are excellent. The location is 15 minutes from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from Biltmore. Although it sleeps ten as the living room has two sofa couches, keep in mind that upstairs has only one bathroom which is fairly small, has a shower. The overall vibe is charming and well appointed. It is an upgrade of an older home but you have to look carefully to notice..

Great getaway and nice location

Great place to stay if you've got a group; I didn't find many other places of this quality for this price. Lots of room in the property. Has two proper beds and some pull-out sleepers. Firewood on property is a big plus too and internet was fast. Never had any trouble grabbing an Uber to downtown or West Asheville either and was never all that long of a drive. Highly recommend.
