「My family of 9 stayed here for our vacation to Nashville. It was great to not be right in the city and the house has so much space and beds! The pool table was a blast and the porch was nice. Would definitely recommend to a large group. It was overall clean with plenty of bedding and towels.」

「It’s a really lovely house in a quiet neighborhood! The fenced-in backyard with the covered table and chairs was a real treat, with big shady trees and lots of birds to enjoy. Everything was clean and comfortable. My family would love to stay here again!」

「Went to Nashville for our granddaughter’s first birthday. We had a great stay at Eric’s place and would highly recommend. He was very responsive whenever we had questions/concerns. Also gave helpful information on restaurants. We hope to rent again from Eric. The neighborhood was pleasant and easy to walk around. Only about a mile or so from every convenience you could want or need. 」

「Excellent hosts. This house was great. It was very clean and everything was labeled and had instructions. Neighborhood was revitalized. Great location and very quiet. We visited downtown and west side of Nashville and it was not far. Plenty of unique places to eat and shop around the neighborhood. 」

「really loved this property. we were a group of 5 siblings all in our 60's and 70's. 3 bedrooms downstairs, which was fantastic for us. The upstairs was spacious with lots of beds. Property was clean and air conditioning worked great. We enjoyed the hot tub and outside area. The agents were very accommodating and they responded quickly to any texts. Would highly recommend this property. 」
