Had a great long weekend in Ashland with family. This was out 3rd time staying at this property and it was once again one of our favorite places to stay. The house is clean, well kept and the pool and hot tub are icing on the cake. The huge kitchen is well stocked And easy to cook in. Highly recommend this wonderful house in Ashland.

Annual Holiday Get Together

We have stayed there before and find it fits our group very well, Ashland is a mile away and the house has all the amenities and comfort one could ask for, and Sylvie is an excellent Property Manager, very responsive.

Family Trip to Ashland

This is our second time staying at this great property. Huge bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, well equipped gym and, of course a wonderful pool. We are already planning our trip for next summer!

Beach St House was Fantastic!

We had a wonderful stay at the beach st house. Perfect for multi-Family with 3 Mini Suits! Great place for kids, parents and grandparents to stay and enjoy time with each other and the area.

Comfortable stay in a spacious house

We had a very nice stay at the Beach-Main House over the Holidays. The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood while also centrally located, the house was very well organized and our daughters LOVED having their own bathrooms with their rooms. We would definitely stay there again in future visits.

Weekend in Ashland

The house was better than advertised. Bedrooms are large and comfortable, huge kitchen that is better equipped than any I have seen and the pool and deck are great for hanging out with family and friends. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Delightful stay

The home is wonderful to stay in. The well-stocked kitchen (lots of cooking implements and some basics like seasonings) is very helpful if you want to cook. Hot tub is lovely, exercise room a very pleasant addition. One thing to note: the heated pool is heated from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Otherwise it might be a polar bear plunge!

AMAZING VRBO

This VRBO is so great! Perfect location and has absolutely everything you need! Awesome pool and hot tub, laundry, gym, spices, good cookware, monitors for workings, great beds, books, yoga mats, games, TVs, beautiful plants, across the street from a school that ours kids love playing at, a quick walk into the town. We love staying here and plan to continue this tradition!

Outstanding home in Ashland

The home is beautiful, well appointed, in a great location in Ashland. It fit three families perfectly. Our little ones loved the pool and the trampoline, the deer and wild turkey that came through the neighborhood, and the numerous areas to gather, eat and play. It's an outstanding home. All our communications with the property management were helpful, timely and positive. We'd love to stay here next visit to Ashland!

Great place to stay!

The house was a perfect fit for us. The kitchen especially was great. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed, all in pristine condition. We enjoyed the lovely deck overlooking the pool, the large, accommodating living room, and gathering around the dining room table. The house is ideally located in a great neighborhood for walking and enjoying the area. There are parks and a nature trail a short distance away. It's a quick drive to the theaters and downtown restaurants. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Great time in a Lovely home

This was an end of year family get together with my Son and his family who live in Vacaville CA, and my Daughter, Granddaughter and Wife and I coming from just north of Newport in Oregon so the location is perfect. The location, layout and decor in this fabulous home were just as advertised, it was very clean and well found. The kitchen has all the amenities one could hope for, and in warmer weather having the pool would be a real bonus. it is situated within walking distance of town and close to shopping for your incidentals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Family Fun

We enjoyed every minute of our stay there was plenty of room for all our guests to spread out and have their own space. Kitchen was amazing, we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, the sauna, the workout spaces, the barbecue… We took advantage of everything that this property had to offer.. we especially liked the doggie door, dog dishes, and towels to wipe our dogs feet off with. We love that you kept everybody in mind. and it’s always nice to have plenty of bathrooms when you have a large group

Perfect Place

We are three couples who love traveling together. Ages range from 70-75, so a tall order to please us all — and this house did! Spacious, lovely furnishings with a king bed, tv and bathroom for each of us. We loved the kitchen seating nook as well as the comfy living room. Pool and deck were perfect and the darling, walkable-to- downtown neighborhood topped it off. The home exceeded our expectations and delivered six very happy people. Thank you!

Outstanding VRBO

I stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one was exceptional!! Home is fully stocked! We were there on a work trip and the bedrooms had desks, chairs, keyboards and monitors available. The entire spice cabinet was full, condiments in the refrigerator, fun big ducky pool float for the kids, awesome collection of games and books to read, even an Alexa so we could play music in kitchen while we cooked. Beds are comfortable and the whole house is so adorably decorated. Even a space to do yoga and yoga mats provided. It’s peaceful and a nice place to relax and has inspiring quotes on the walls. The home gym is fully equipped for a great workout. Also, the house location is so awesome!! A block from a school park, down the street from the grocery store and a wonderful walk into town to all the awesome restaurants and boutiques Ashland has to offer. Really impressed and looking forward to staying there again. ❤️

Great house for a group of 6 with our dogs. It was incredibly pet friendly and had an amazing outdoor space. It’s very rare to find 3 bedrooms where everyone has a king bed and en suite bathroom, and the house had everything you could need for the weekend! Excited to make this annual trip!

Perfect in every way

It was well stocked had plenty of room for everyone to comfortably gather beautiful, very clean and the location was wonderful. We were able to walk to all our events. Just a few minutes. Walk into town would stay here again.

Perfection

The owners of this rental go above and beyond the standard for ensuring their home is in impeccable condition for their guests. The rooms are huge and are very well appointed. Every corner of this house is inviting and comfortable. The gardens and pool create the perfect spot for relaxing in the Southern Oregon sunshine, and the location is ideal, up on the hill above Siskiyou Blvd within a short walk or drive of all that Ashland has to offer. We truly did not want to leave.

Beautiful, exceptionally clean house and property. This property had everything we could imagine wanting for a week. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with all cooking and serving items, as well as a nice supply of basic spices and condiments. The outdoor area with the patio, pool, and hot tub was divine! It was a very hot week, and we used the pool daily. We had a slight issue with the air conditioning and the owner responded quickly and got a repair person right out. Very efficient communication. The location is very close to downtown Ashland; easily accessible by car or even on foot. I highly recommend this property when staying at Ashland.
