「沒有提供免費的瓶裝水，不知道是續住的關係，浴室打掃的不是乾淨，菜色每天都一樣，湯品也是。」

「Excellent staff! Very helpful and friendly. I forgot something in my room after check out and hotel was very kind to keep the items for me so I could come back for pick up. Thank you very much.」

「Schönes großes Zimmer, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung. Wir kommen wieder.」

「Location seems not to far on the map from the main attractions in Istanbul but due to traffic often takes two hours to get there due to traffic. Staff were really good. Heidar, Omar and Ahmet and another one I have forgotten the name were really helpful and polite. The wifi is limited and only two people can use it and if you need more devices access wifi theyvask for more passports!!! So wifi limitations sucks」

「This is the best hotel we have ever stayed in travel. The staffs were so warm and nice that made us feel like home as always. The service and the facilities were flawless. We will definitely come again and recommend to all our friends. 」
