I think a lot of people has reviewed on this. But I can only said air conditioning system issue need to be fix. Otherwise it is hard for other customer wants to stay. No AC and room was so hot, no lift and had a heavy suitcase and lots of stairs, room service menu limited, missing items that I had to ask for. Room furniture old and dated, bad smell when you opened your room door. Would not stay again.

The property had everything we needed for our break. Warm and comfortable and the hot tub was perfect! Great location for visiting Suffolk, we visited Southwold, Aldeburgh and the town of Halesworth which has plenty of cafes and pubs. Would definitely recommend.
