This house was perfect size for our group a family of 4, my mother and husband's best friend. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and never any wait for a bathroom with 3 full baths. Kids loved the pool. I wish i could take this house on all our trips!

The house is clean and offers amenities to make yourself at home. The host responded to questions in rapid time, making the stay quite easy and most enjoyable. The quiet neighborhood is minutes from all kinds of shopping & restaurants and convenient to DC. We hope to stay there again!

I had work in the area, and decided to rent a house for the week instead of (4) separate hotel rooms. If in the area I highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was very quiet, house was very clean and accurately listed on VRBO. 5-stars.

Very Nice House and Great Location

The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great—just a short drive to Metro and we felt very safe. The deck was really pretty. Wish it had some lounge chairs on it. There is only one hair dryer in the house so you might want to bring one. We would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay!

This house has worked perfectly for a place to stay for family gatherings, now two times! There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be very comfortable. The place is nicely maintained and very clean. The pool in the back is a nice bonus. Although it can take a while to get into Washington DC, the location is very convenient to local shopping. The hosts are easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again!

Our stay was great...could have better communication with the host and better instructions about on what you need to do before you checkout. We do rentals alot and their are instruction on what to do with your sheets, towels etc. I wish they had tvs in the bedrooms other than that, the stay was wonderful. The neighborhood is very quiet. The pool was great.

Wonderful house in Rockville

The house was great for a family. There was lots of space for cooking, relaxing and sleeping. The location is convenient to the Glenmont station, 10 minutes drive. The Foosball table was a big hit with my family, as well as the pool! There were plenty of towels and the laundry room was great. Daniel was very accommodating Host and got back to us in a very timely manner when we had a question. I would stay again for sure!

Wonderful family home

We loved staying in this well appointed, spacious and comfortable family home. Everything we needed was catered for, it had lots of basics covered in the kitchen and bathrooms which meant that you don't have to buy or bring everything when you stay. It was very hot, especially for us Irish and Scottish so the integrated Air Con was great. Having the spacious basement area for the kids for films and games was handy too. Us adults enjoyed sitting on the back deck, and we all loved the pool. We used the grill for a 4th July BBQ and even then the neighbourhood was quiet and relaxed and safe. A really handy bonus for us was the massive washing and drying facilities for a family of 6 travelling. The TV downstairs does have a Firestick though, even though the home guide says it isn't a smart TV which we didn't figure out for a few days. It was super handy to have some SMART metro card there and we left a couple too. Highly recommend this home from home.

Perfect place for us!

We went out to Maryland to visit Washington DC and have a place close enough to get there easily, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bussel. The house and neighborhood was perfect! We are very simple and clean people, and that's what the house has.... Simplicity and cleanliness! Communication was fantastic and quick throughout the booking process, the checking in process, the checking out process, and was supportive and helpful. We loved the pool deck area and the fact that there are two outside seating areas. One right off the kitchen and it's screened in. Then one below that is in the shade and you can still watch everybody in the pool. AC worked so good that we had to keep the house warmer than it was when we walked in! There wasn't anything bad or complicated that arose during our stay! We will be reaching out to hopefully rent this house again when we return to the area!

Location, Location, Location

I traveled to Maryland with my parents for a week of visiting with friends and family, and for work meetings. We are from Maryland so are familiar with the area. We were able to easily navigate to stores and restaurants because we were so close to the ICC, 355, Connecticut Ave & Georgia Ave. There were enough bathrooms that we each had exclusive use of one. There were ample bedrooms and 2 living areas with large TVs. The screened porch and backyard are true winners; they are stunning! The host was responsive and helpful. Our largest complaint was cleanliness. There was so much dust! It was caked on the HVAC returns, ceiling fan blades, light fixtures, floral/plant decorations and even the candle decorations on the wall in the primary bedroom. We all experienced runny noses and post nasal drip as soon as we walked in the door, and felt better as soon as we walked outside. I was also disappointed to see remnants of the last user in the primary bath toilet bowl and sink. There was no way they were cleaned prior to our arrival. The inside of the microwave was not clean. If the home had been clean, we would have felt more comfortable there and this review would easily have been 5 stars!
