  • Fifth Avenue Condos are only two blocks from Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. This second floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom deluxe condominium features an open living area with many upgrades. Highlights of this deluxe condo include the gas fireplace in the living room and the upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and stone countertops. There are TVs in all bedrooms, a patio with seating, and mountain views. This unit also includes a washer and dryer.

    Primary bedroom: King bed
    Second bedroom: King bed
    Guest Bedroom #1: Two Twin bunk beds
    Other: There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room.

    Complex amenities at Fifth Avenue include a year-round heated outdoor pool and hot tub, a BBQ area, on-site free parking, and free Wi-Fi.

    Please note that this complex has no elevator.

    Guests of Frias Properties receive complimentary Aspen Airport transportation, free Wi-Fi, concierge services, housekeeping, and 24/7 maintenance support. Great location in the heart of Aspen. Parking is very easy. Unit was clean with very comfortable beds, up-to-date appliances, a nice fireplace. The host was extremely easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location smaller than it looks

Communication was great walk to town. Has a ski locker by door - had to ask mgt for code. Hot tub was nice could get in even though we didn’t get the code. Tv and wifi not so great.
