Sunny top floor 2-bedroom 2-bath deluxe condo with amazing views of Aspen Mountain. The private balcony hosts the same views. It is a two block walk to all that Aspen offers and 4 blocks to the Gondola. Although you don't really need it, there is a dedicated parking spot.

Amenities include 3 flat screen tv's, wood burning fireplace, washer and dryer, upgraded kitchen and sky lights, and complimentary wi-fi. Barbecue is in the building.

Super comfortable mattresses and pillows

Great top floor corner unit (ie quiet and private), very well laid out. Unit windows face south so lots of sunshine during the day. Super comfortable for our ski trip of 4. Could easily have stretched to 7 and use sofa bed. It’s right on the east end of town that may bother some folks, but it’s a short walk to Ajax base and Bus Transfer Station.

Great location, nice condo

The property is advertised properly. It is a nice 2br condo with an amazing view out the front, overlooking aspen mountain with a view of the gondola in the near distance. It is only a few short blocks walking to the gondola and all the shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc in town. We walked everywhere and it was very convenient. There is a washer / dryer in the unit which was handy. There are staples in the kitchen and a keurig coffee maker which worked well. The queen size bunk bed is a unique touch in one of the bedrooms. Grandma on the bottom, 2 kids on the top! The only slightly negative is that it does not have A/C (probably because it is not usually needed) but it was hot while visiting. They have a few window unit fans which once we found and started using, cooled things down quickly with the night air. Overall a great condo and we would stay there again.

Lovely Condo, Amazing Location

The Condo was perfect. I stayed there with my husband and our two daughters, ages 3 and 1. The location was ideal. Walking distance to everything but 2 blocks away from the main bustle on a quiet street. The condo had everything you needed. Lovely balcony, kitchen stocked with everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Great spot in Aspen

This unit is in a nice, well kept, small condo building in Aspen. It's walkable to grocery, restaurants, shopping. The unit is well equipped with high end appliances and quality furniture. It's in a cul de sac that was quiet during our stay which was a nice respite from the busy social scene in town. Would stay there again.

Winter get away

We enjoyed the home very much. The views of Ajax were wonderful. The floor plan was great- bedrooms, living areas, kitchen and laundry all on one level. The unit is on the 3rd level but the stairway was easy to navigate. The condominium is on a dead end street so very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk straight to the lift or to Rubey park to catch the bus to other mountains. The unit itself was well appointed with any and everything you could need! We would (will!) absolutely stay there again!

Does not disappoint!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Melinda's condo for the 3rd year in a row. It's very comfortable for the entire family and accommodating. It is well equipped to cook meals, play games, watch movies, and relax after long days skiing all of the local mountains. We love it and know you will too!

This condo was perfect for our Christmas weekend in Aspen. The location to downtown Aspen is great. We were able to walk to Grocery store, skiing and transportation hub for bus to Snowmass and Aspen Highlands.

Labor Day Getaway

Great location in downtown Aspen near West End! Walkable to everything..2 blocks to grocery, easy walk to bus station and all shopping, restaurants, etc. Unit is on the 3rd floor so be sure you're ok with carrying luggage up the 2 flights of stairs :) Host was great and quick to respond to questions.

The pictures are the exact unit. Cozy but not too small unit. Great to have two full baths. 2.5 block walk to the grocery store. ~5 block walk to the center of town. Unit very quiet (top floor). Host was very responsive and we had zero problems. Great unit in Aspen.

Aspen Couples Weekend

Upon arrival, we were thrilled to see how close this cozy, well-stocked property is located to downtown, the bus system, dining and shopping - all within easy walking distance! We loved the real wood-burning fireplace, and it provided the perfect ambiance for our Superbowl viewing on Sunday evening.
