Summary:

This beautiful, newly remodeled three-bedroom, two and a half bathroom townhome is located in the core of Aspen. It is just 3 blocks from the gondola and is walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer! Some highlights include, a private patio, two gas fireplace places, and a spacious master suite with it's own living room and double vanity.



The Space:

This property is professionally managed by Aspen Vacations, Our office is conveniently located at the Aspen Airport Business Center just across from Aspen Airport.

Located in the heart of Downtown Aspen, this condo is within walking distance to everything Aspen has to offer, including the gondola, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and many hiking trails.



Getting Around:

Everything in downtown Aspen is easily accessible on foot.



If you prefer not to walk, the City of Aspen offers a complimentary, on-demand ride service called the Downtowner. It works just like Uber. Simply download the app and request a ride anywhere in town.



The Ruby Park Transit Center offers convenient, complimentary bus service to the other three mountains (Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk, and Snowmass), as well as to the Aspen Airport. You can also ride down valley to popular destinations like the Glenwood Hot Springs. In the summer months, shuttles provide easy access to the Aspen Music Festival tent, making it simple to enjoy all the culture and recreation Aspen has to offer.

The townhouse was clean and well furnished. Location was excellent so we could easily walk to the gondola, restaurants, and City Market. Host service was very responsive and went over the top to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend.
