"The staff were great! The room was clean. The pool was clean and very relaxing. The beach was close and easily accessible. Coconuts was I’m sure a great place for the adult crowd, and they did have a kids meal, however they allow smoking within the eating tables and the music is loud and kinda crazy. So we didn’t stay. The waitress understood and was very sweet. Everything else great for our family! We will be back! Thanks!"

"Property was clean along with hotel and rooms and pool area. Heated pool a delight and ability to sit outside on deck adjacent to pool was a definite plus Have stayed here before and plan to again"

"View sucked out loud, paid for ocean view there really is no ocean view full on. Got a room that had adjoining door, neighbors were loud so asked for another room. Even worse view but larger Suiteview of the framing roof. Very disappointed"

"We loved that everything was close an convenient. My kids loved the pools and we as adults enjoyed the hot tubs, though the jets at the indoor tub didnt work properly. On our morning of checkout we decided to take a walk to the arcade to spend whatever we had left on our game cards, we returned to our room only to find an employee standing in it claiming she thought we left already. We booked a kitchenette room specifically to save money by cooking in the room, by the end of the first night I realized the groceries we had bought would be useless, since none of the burners on the stove got hot enough to really cook anything evenly and safely. Finally, when I asked for 2 different style carribean drinks at the "carribean" pirate ship bar i was ridiculed by the bartender in front of my child since we were in Maryland and my expectations"

"We had a fantastic time. The amenities were incredible and the staff was so friendly. We chose this place due to the pet-friendly policies and we couldn't have been happier. The pool was excellent, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beach. We loved it here."
