"Recently refurbished. Room was very clean except the ants were a problem in the room. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Not much of a beach view but from the balcony we could hear and see the part of the ocean. Parking spaces were EXTREMELY small. The amenities were ok. We chose this hotel for the arcade and indoor pool because we took our grandchildren. Pool was very dirty and full of sand when we arrived. But all in all I would definelty stay here again. "My personal opinion: Everything was fabulous, excellent: clean rooms, Very polite staffs, always you find parking spaces.( But my advice-suggestion: Chefs need to vary the breakfast buffets) every single morning serve( gallopinto huevos Sousages, tortillas fritas o maduro frito)"

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
