“Just fantastic overall”

“Place was okay, nice spacious rooms and finally a place that offers double king beds and a pull out sofa bed. Staff couldn’t find our reservation upon check in at first which was frustrating and the pillows are very uncomfortable so the second time we stayed there we brought our own and booked directly through their website (with no issues at check in that time). There were fingerprints all over the tiles in the bathroom and the microwave light was very bright and right in your face at night so……

“A lovely stay in the heart of town, walking distance to most attractions. Bikes are provided for rides, Greenbelt path is blocks away. A/C excellent on day there was a heat wave and an umbrella was by the door on a day that had rain. The property was well kept. So nice to see a historic home repurposed as a guest house.”

“It is clean and new. The bed was comfortable. But I would never stay there again. The room backs up to an alley. There were garbage trucks at 1 am and 2 am in the morning emptying dumpsters. There were delivery trucks repeatedly banging, and making noise. The place is very loud. When we booked on Expedia it said parking available. When we got there come to find out that they charge $15 a day for parking. I think it’s very misleading. There’s no breakfast included. We got a room with a queen bed……

“We would absolutely stay here again! The room was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's located in a perfect spot so we were able to walk almost anywhere downtown easily and not have to worry about finding parking whenever we wanted to go somewhere. They upgraded our room (not sure if this was tied to the Expedia rewards thing or just something they were able to do for us) but it was so nice to have that extra space. The daily cleaning team was amazing, we would head out for……

“This property was clean and located in a great location. We were able to walk through downtown and over to the Ann Morrison Park. We stayed here through July 4th and sat at the top of the parking garage to watch the fireworks- it was front row view… amazing show! If you stay here or are visiting Boise and enjoy handcrafted cocktails- you must check out Thick as Thieves! Some of the staff were extremely helpful. We did not eat at the hotel or experience their bar, we decided to venture out……

“I booked 3 room at pool side and a patio for a staycation with my family for a Christmas present for my adult children, while checking in 2 hours early to make sure we all got by each other and pool side with patio they said rooms are not ready but assured me we had pool side and all together, while waiting we enjoyed a drink and food.
