Situated in the idyllic Thorøhuse, an old fishing village with a natural harbor, only 2 km from Assens.

The house features a large terrace with sea views, garden furniture, an orangery, 2 sun loungers, and a grill.



There are excellent opportunities for swimming, kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, spearfishing, fishing, and hiking right outside the door, as well as beautiful sunsets.



The home

The seaside location and proximity to beautiful nature, along with a cozy natural harbor with fishing boats, make this home special. It is located in the old part of the village with charming narrow streets. The house is surrounded by traditional thatched houses from the 1800s.



Around Thorøhuse, you will find coastal meadows with birds and rare plants. There is a wave beach with a bathing jetty to the south and a shallow, child-friendly beach just 200 meters away.



There are also scenic hiking routes to Sønderby Klint, Thorø, and the clay pits in Assens.



Assens, a historic market town from 1524, is located 2.5 km away and offers shops, museums, restaurants, and Tobaksgården with live music events, as well as several supermarkets.



You can take the ferry from Assens harbor to Bågø or enjoy rail biking in West Funen.



To the south are Saltofte Beach, Sønderby Klint, Aa Strand, Hagenskov Estate, and the scenic Helnæs peninsula. Restaurants such as Gl. Brydegaard and Gl. Avernæs focus on local, organic produce and animal welfare.
