「The room and breakfast room were wonderful. It was a little annoying that we had to check in and get the keys quite a ways from the bed and breakfast. It would have been nice to make an arrangement to get the key at the room than walk with bag in two different streets. It was a very short walk to the main piazza with a lot of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「Superb host! Giuseppe great communicator, speaks excellent English, went above and beyond driving us through town to help orient us (highlights, public transportation). He checked on us regularly, responded promptly to questions. Apartment has nice features which he updates. He recommends “gold club” businesses with proven quality and provide guest discounts. Law doesn’t allow him to provide toiletries, laundry soap so come prepared. 」

「Een leuk authentiek gebouwtje waar vroeger de limoenen werden opgeslagen omgebouwd tot een kleine cottage en volledig ingericht met authentieke spullen uit de 17e eeuw . Het is een hele rustige omgeving met een mooi uitzicht .Voor de rust en omgeving zeker een aanrader en de tuin is goed omheind voor de honden .」

「We really enjoyed our stay at Case Nucci. Riccardo is friendly, helpful and a great host. The location is perfect to visit Perugia, Assisi and other fabulous hill towns. The mattresses and bed linens were outstanding. Per government regulations (Ukraine war) there wasn’t any heat during our stay so the evenings were chilly. Making a fire was the only option, the wood was an extra charge every evening that that was unexpected. Kitchen essentials would have been appreciated. Overall score is...
