Villa Reale - Holiday Villa Rental with swimming pool in Assisi, Umbria

  • Spacious and comfortable villa with private swimming pool, located in the countryside surrounding splendid Assisi. The villa is detached and surrounded by well-maintained garden containing a swimming pool. Inside the property is decorated in a rustic style and can welcome up to 12/15 guests.
    The location of Villa Reale permits guests to easily reach the main cities of central Italy such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto, Todi and Arezzo.
    Available to guests: garden with swimming pool of irregular shape (roughly 15 x 6 m; maximum depth: 1.25 m), barbecue and wood-burning oven located near the swimming pool. The villa has free WI-FI internet connection. Parking onsite.
    The owners of the property own and manage a lovely wellness center roughly 2km from the rental and guests can avail of special prices on the following:
    - Finnish sauna,
    - Turkish bath,
    - Hydro-massage Jacuzzi zone,
    - Sensory and aromatherapy showers,
    - Relax area and message/treatment rooms.
    The same location also offers an area for organised events or weddings. The owners also run an important center called the Villasalus Medical Skin and Anti-Aging Center.
    Distances: Santa Maria degli Angeli (wide variety of shops) - 5 km, Assisi - 10 km, Perugia - 26 km, Lake Trasimeno - 45 km, Spoleto - 49 km, Cortona - 71 km, Orvieto - 80 km, Siena - 125 km, Rome and Florence - 180 km.

    Ground floor: covered terrace furnished with a large table for dining alfresco, entrance, kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, espresso maker), TV room with fireplace (for decorative purposes only), bedroom with French bed and access to outside, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa bed (single size) and kitchenette unit, WC with washing machine, bedroom with canopy style double bed and private bathroom with shower.
    Ground floor: double bedroom which acts as access to a twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath/shower, double bedroom, double bedroom with canopy style bed and private bathroom with shower.

    Annexe: large living area with fireplace and dining area with kitchenette (oven, dishwasher), bathroom with shower, double bedroom.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Reale in 15 persone. Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio pulito e personale molto disponibile. L'unica cosa che andrebbe un pochino sistemata è l'arredamento della casa in quanto è un po' datato. L'area esterna è veramente stupenda, ben curata sia la piscina che il verde. La posizione è ottima per visitare Assisi e dintorni.

Un très bel extérieur avec de beaux arbres, une belle piscine (le piscinier passe tous les jours nettoyer), un barbecue, un four à pizza. Une grande terrasse couverte de vie. Un intérieur qui mélange le bon et le moins bon. Des chambres bien meublées, des SDB, mais un agencement peu ergonomique. Maison en deux partis, Trois petits frigidaires à trois endroits différents par exemple. Cuisines peu pratiques Salons vieillot. Mais pour l'été, cela n'impacte que très peu. Merci pour cette belle semaine

“Una bella accoglienza sia da parte degli Host che della casa in se’. Vacanza indimenticabile, la villa si trova immersa nel verde e nella quiete più assoluta in una posizione bellissima, nelle campagne che circondano la piccola frazione di Tordandrea, a pochi chilometri da Santa Maria degli Angeli, e a poco più dalla splendida Assisi. Dotata di tutti i confort necessari per trascorrere una vacanza da sogno: piscina, giardino immenso con un camino per barbecue e annesso forno per le pizze. Dalle finestre al piano superiore si può ammirare senza difficoltà la città di Assisi con l’imponente Basilica di San Francesco mentre a bordo piscina ci si perde in tramonti mozzafiato. Sono già cliente delle strutture della famiglia Franceschini da anni e ci tengo a ringraziarli per l’ospitalità e per le loro strutture uniche (per non tralasciare la residenza d’epoca in pieno centro ad Assisi per una vacanza diversa, ma altrettanto indimenticabile). in overall quite happy with the villa. we got this recommended by friends who went here last year. good location (nice villages near, Assisi and Perugia also nearby), nice pool (cleaned almost every day) etc. some minor events; - unfortunately, the water was cut off when we arrived. it was taken care of in some hours. meanwhile we used poolwater to flush the toilets. - there was no wifi in the first 5 days, it was fixed later, but took them a few days to get in action. we had to buy extra data on our phones. it took some energy, time + few phone calls to the property manager to get everything fixed. but overall we were quite happy, will recommend to friends.

Beautiful secluded villa

Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Ganz tolles, grosses Haus mit wunderbarem Garten. Wir haben das Schwimmbad fast rund um die Uhr genutzt. Assisi ist bezaubernd. Und auch andere Orte wie Perugia oder Gubbio kann man mit dem Auto Problemlos erreichen und besichtigen. Wir wussten gar nicht , wie schön Umbrien ist. Vielen Dank für die Unterkunft und die sehr guten Vorschläge!

We have stayed in Villa Reale and the villa is in excellent state, located in the middle of farm lands. It has a large garden with swimming pool. The most striking aspect of our stay was that right from our bedroom we would enjoy a spectacular view on the illuminated city of Assisi including the Rocca Maggiore and Basilica di San Francesco. Supermarkets and restaurants can be found in nearby Bastia Umbria or Santa Maria degli Angeli. In other words, this is a great place and it is absolutely recommendable for a great Italian holiday.

Thank you for a great vacation and the wonderful hospitality. All the family greatly enjoyed our time at the villa and will recommend it to our friends. The spa close to the villa was modern and clean and we enjoyed a great massage. The staff was very friendly and helped us with finding great restaurants and an amazing wine tour (monte vibiano - highly recommended).
