“The staff are very polite and professional. I still remember on of them who went extra mile in his job. His name is FABRICE. A young man, very polite and helpful. I’ve left some clothes in the wardrobe. He managed to arrange for me to collect them couple of days later when I came back to Abidjan from the countryside. The room cleaner, a young later that I don’t know the name, kindly notify it to the reception ant securely left the clothes in a safe place. Well done to all of them at the……

“Bonjour, comme échangé avec vous nous avons été surpris que notre paiement n'ait pas été communiqué à l'hotel ce qui nous amis dans une situation désagréable de devoir justifier le prélevement. Reponse de l'hotel nous n'avons pas de contrat avec hotel.com et Expedia. Première surprise. deuxième surprise , ils nous ont demandé de repayer une deuxième fois ce qu'on a refusé et de vous demander le remboursement. Le responsable Accor de cote d'ivoire et le responsable de l'hotel n'ont vraiment pas……

Restoran harika, kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve gym imkanlari cok iyi. Kesinlikle yine bu otelde konaklayacagim.”

“Very nice rooms and they do online reservations payment. WiFi, hot water, and A/C all working well. The staff are very friendly and there’s a security guard to allow 24/7 access to guests. In the morning, breakfast was sent to my room which was perfect done. I would recommend this to anyone looking to book a hotel in the area.”

“The rooms are very comfortable, the property is excellent with a nice lobby, functional gym and very pleasant pool area. It’s also incredibly convenient to get to the airport without stressing since the hotel’s shuttle service is free, runs regularly and takes only about two minutes to get there. It’s a great hotel to stay at when traveling in and out of Abidjan. ”

“Bel établissement mais qui mériterai un meilleur suivi au niveau des fournitures dans les chambres ( ustensile cuisine etc ) Il faut évoluer sur ses points pour dire apparthotel ”

“Room was nice although bed was hard. Staff was extremely helpful. Place is little out of the way for sightseeing but the reasonable cost offsets that. ”

“I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.”
