“Stayed 3 nights at URH Zen Balagares and was disappointed overall. The staff behaved correctly and professionally, but were far from **welcoming** or genuinely friendly, which added to the cold, impersonal feeling of the stay. Despite the hotel being almost empty, I was given a room without any outside window, more like an interior cabin than a 4‑star hotel room, and there was no water kettle plus a sink that never drained properly during the whole stay.

“The property lacks kitchen equipment needed if you intend to do more than the most basic cooking. No grater, no peeler, no colander or large sieve, no kettle, no oven gloves and only one small tea towel - only one dishwasher tablet supplied and no washing detergent and no drying rack so either you use the machine drying function or you don’t wash your clothes.
It’s modern, reasonably comfortable and well located very close the centre of town on a nice street. Not having a dedicated parking space……
