The staff members (front desk, bellman, Osiris dining) were wonderful, polite, and very kind. The property is very safe and the views of the Nile are wonderful.
I'm not sure why one manager chased me down to find out my room number, but I will let that pass. However, it made me feel uncomfortable as if we did not belong.
The Osiris restaurant is not very clean, but the staff and the food choices made it a decent experience.
I will admit that we booked the cheapest room. It left a lot to be desired. I'm not going to completely bash the hotel, but the room needs to be renovated for several safety reasons.
