「El hotel acogedor, bueno y las áreas limpias, lo que no me gusto: deberían limpiar las habitaciones todos los días o colocar suficientes toallas y papel sanitario en las habitaciones. Solo tuvimos una toalla por persona para toda una semana, hubo que pedir papel sanitario en dos ocasiones y el desayuno considero debería ser más temprano, todo lo demás estuvo excelente. 」

「La habitación del hotel es muy ruidosa, siempre hay ruido de tráfico y bocinas, y resulta muy incómodo quedarse en ella. El desayuno no se asemeja a las fotos. Cuando añadí accidentalmente más carne, el camarero me hizo un comentario negativo, y además, era de mala calidad. La cerradura de la puerta es como la que aparece en mi foto, lo cual me provoca mucha inseguridad. Tengo miedo por las noches y puedo oír el ruido de la ducha del piso de arriba. Por último, la ropa de cama huele fuertemente...

「I have stayed many places in Medellín. This is probably my favorite. It is clean the staff is very nice and helpful and it is in a goog location there. There is a very nice coffee shop just outside the front door. 」

「The staff were very friendly. I would say the hotel was overpriced for the quality of room that was offered. I was told the prices went up due to the bad bunny concert in the area. we spent very little time in the room anyways. Overall it was a comfortable stay. 」

「Staff is good when ever I’m in Medellin this my first choice but the one con always have had problems with the tv either not working or only one channel next time I have them make sure it’s working aside from that every thing else is acceptable 」
