"El hotel es sumamente limpio, el aire acondicionado funciona super bien, el cuarto es bien grande, tiene balcón, cafetera , nevera y utensilios de cocina. El desayuno es rico. El personal es sumamente agradable, te tratan muy bien y te hacen sentir que estás en tu casa. Carlos y Yohannis son personas maravillosas, atentas a todas la necesidades del cliente. Hacen un trabajo más allá de excelente. He ido varias veces a Medellín y me he quedado en el Firenze y me quedaré aquí todas las veces que vaya. No los cambio por ningún otro hotel. Gracias Carlos y Gracias Yohannis por tratarme tan bien durante la recuperación de mi cirugía. Son personas muy especiales..Nos vemos en agosto, nuevamente. Con el favor de Dios."
