"The grounds as we came in were very lovely . We had a very nice stay and the owners/staff were amazing and friendly. It was easy to find and whatever we wanted was provided if possible. The only downfall was the maintenance of the furniture of the property we were in wasn’t great as they looked worn out and needed updating but other than that, I would recommend. "Stunning hotel and amazing rooms. Amazing breakfast and amenities including well equipped gym and pool. The champagne bar was also a highlight. The food was of a good standard in general, but my main complaint is that restaurants cannot be booked before arriving, and when we arrived some of the à la cart options were already fully booked for the full week of our stay. This is unacceptable for a hotel that charges a premium for this. We could also see other guests complaining about this at reception. We also felt the cocktails could be improved and at times it was difficult to get a bed at the pool. Overall great hotel and if they can fix the restaurant booking system would be 5/5."

Sun Palace Hotel - All inclusive

"Lovely stay at the Sun Palace Hotel. The pool areas and the water park were great. Lots of places to sit and sunbeds. The only problem was that the sunbeds are very dated and uncomfy, a lot of them are ripped, broken. The food always had great variety and there is something for everyone. In between meal times there are cafes which have food you can get at any point. Unlimited gyros at the water park cafe. There are a lot of drinks machines plotted around and you just help yourself which is great as you don’t have to queue at a bar waiting. Same with the ice cream. The room cleaning was not great. we selected our room to be cleaned every day and the towels were always replaced. However, the bedding wasn’t. Additionally, the bathroom was dirty and it was not cleaned once. I think they only replace towels and change bedding on certain days. The location is close to Faliraki strip and beach. It is also approximately 20 minutes away from the old town and airport in a car. There is free parking at the hotel and we hired a car which was great. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price and the staff were friendly."

"We had a suite with our own pool which was nice. I didn’t like that you had to go to the desk to change the pool towels. The gym was an afterthought. It was small and only had one treadmill. No towels or water there or anything to wipe down the equipment. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of fresh choices."

"Lovely 4 star accommodation. Pool and beach available. Food was plentiful, well stocked and varied. Very much Mediterranean which I liked. Needed more seating needed for all inclusive and bars and bar staff to serve when busy. We paid for an upgraded room and it was newly refurbished on the 1st floor. Bathroom modern and views overlooking the garden and sea view. Beautiful 😍"
