Nice Staff but Wrong Room Description.
There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort. For me, Balcony is a main factor to choose a room. I was disappointed for the wrong description in Hotels.com.

1.飯店地點在山坡上，如果有推大型行李的人不太合適，但是飯店內有電梯 2.飯店人員都滿冷漠的 3.房間有種被監視的感覺 但是是乾淨的 4.飯店地點還算方便，但因為不在熱鬧地區，入夜後走回家沒什麼人、路上有點黑，會有點可怕 5.飯店可以看到衛城

When we arrived we did not find our other deck. We walked around the corner and we were able to have drinks looking at the Parthenon. Amazing desk people!

Hyggeligt hotel med en fin beliggenhed
Et fint hotel - i betragtning af at det er trestjernet. Det hele var alt i alt ok. Et lidt slidt men hyggeligt hotel. Forventer man luksus kan hotellet nok ikke leve op til det. Beliggenheden var fin ca. 10 min. gang til Akropolis. Udsigten til netop Akropolis dels fra egen balkon, men i særdeleshed fra den hyggeligt morgenmadsterrasse fra super.

Property, staff, and breakfast was fantastic. Location was great. It was ontop of a hill / large incline ( so uphill both ways). Im not in the best of health or shape, so the hill walk was tiresome. But the staff, etc made up for it.

Das Personal war absolut vorbildlich und extrem freundlich. Das Zimmer war ok. Es war recht klein, was wir vorher wussten - daher absolut ok. Hier und da war eine kleine Ausbesserung nötig (Boden und Bad). Ansonsten ist die Lage absolut klasse. Auf Grund des Personals und der Lage würden wir es wieder buchen.

My plus night in Athens Greece
Hotel is conveniently located to café shops and restaurants within walking distance, staff was very friendly and courteous, check-in was very efficient, the rooms are clean and comfortable, i only spent one night as I was leaving early to the airport, the staff arranged my transfer and even had a generous breakfast bag to go prepared for me as I wouldn’t make it to the free breakfast. Much appreciated, would stay here again!!

Svært trangt rom. Svært dårlig internettkontakt, dette var veldig irriterande då eg var på jobbreise, og trengte å kommunisere på nett. Vi hadde dessutan bestilt henting på flyplassen, og fekk bekreftelse på at dette ville skje. Når vi kom på flyplassen kl 01.30 om natta var der ingen som venta på oss. Når vi då ringte hotellet, tok dei kontakt med sjåføren, som sa han ikkje hadde fått beskjed om å hente nokon denne kvelden, trass i at hotellresepsjonisten såg eposten der vi hadde fått bekrefting om dette. Vi må understreke at personalet heile tida var svært venlege. Imidlertid har ikkje hotellet totalt sett ein materiell standard og service som forsvarar tre stjerner, og det prisnivået dei har lagt seg på. I annonsen reklamerer ein med takterasse, men den terassen hotellet faktisk har var ein vits, rotete, utan skikkeleg sitteplassar, o.l. Dette var ganske provoserande, då den annonserte takterrassen var grunnen til at vi valgte dette hotellet. Så alt i alt var opphaldet ein stor skuffelse, men personalet var det ingenting å utsette på, dei var hyggelege og imøtekomande, og virka egentleg beskjemma over standarden sjølve, vi fekk inntrykk av at dei forstod at kvaliteten ikkje stod i stil med prisen.

Very disappointed. Photos lied
We chose this hotel based on its online description and photos. We were really looking forward to breakfast on the rooftop garden with a view of yhe acropolis, and enjoying cocktails up there in the evening. The rooftop was closed and had ben for over 2 years! There wasn't even a bar where we could get a glass of wine. There were 3 chairs on our room's balcony, and 2 of them were ripped. The bathroom was tiny with a tiny, cracked sink. There were stains on the carpets. Very disppointed

Close to the Acropolis; great view of the Acropolis from my room and large balcony. Greatest asset is hotel located in a quiet residential area, also a large supermarket is only a 10 minute walk.

perfect location, close to the Akropolis and Syntagma square. Very, Very nice staff. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Rooms and state of the Hotel, a bit outdated.

Hotel confortável, mas wifi não funcionava
Acomodação agradável, cama confortavel. Café da manhã não é dos melhores. Wi-fi não funcionou na noite que me hospedei, o que foi bem frustrante, tendo em vista que eu iria precisar.

Heel stil en loopafstand van het centrum
Hotel ligt op loopafstand van het centrum en het Acropolis in een heel rustig straatje. De economy kamer had groter gekund, vooral de douchecabine was aan de kleine kant. Verder waren er twee fijne bedden en was alles zeer schoon.

Great deal for a 3 star ..
Location is only a 10-15 min walk to Acropolis which is amazing as is the view at night of the historical site. Place however is dated and lots of bugs; however the bed was updated and very cozy. Overall great stay for the price.

The staff was phenomenal! One night, Vicky at the front desk helped me for an hour trying to figure out how to order delivery and helping me with the App, and the issues that arose. She was so sweet and even dealt with the call for technical help! The hotel also had arrangements with someone who could come right to the hotel to do Covid tests for us before our flight home. And the lady who prepares the breakfast fixed us a bag to take with us on the day we had to leave very early for a day trip we had booked. The only negative about the hotel was that it sits at the top of a hill so that no matter which way you go, you will have to climb a steep incline on your way back! But that seems to be the case with almost all the sites we visited as well, so be prepared!

I had arrived and no one opened the door. I stay 1 hour in front of the hotel to call the phone. No one is responding. I was the most bad experience. Not recommended. No professionalism. I was not reimbursed..

Dear Mr. Frej Mouez, We are very sorry for your bad experience. Though, as explaining below, you may see that that there was no lack of professionalism on our side. Your reservation was made on August 20th, 1:24 am, with arrival date August 19th. Which normally, should not go through the online systems, since each day starts after midnight and finishes at midnight. On the other hand, each hotel day for guests starts after 14:00 check-in time and finishes the next day at noon, 12:00 check out time. This means to our hotel, that the arrival procedure for August 19th was completed for the reservations appearing in our system for this day since all of our expected guests had check-in.
