Marissa, George, and our driver Emmannuael were so kind and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and go, as well as directions. Our room was quite small, but clean and the bed and pull out sofa very comfortable. The rooftop was amazing with an awesome view of the Acropolis!

Despite a lot of construction and congestion in this neighborhood, the hotel itself was lovely and well kept. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy. The only disappointment is what they describe as a swimming pool was extremely small and honestly ended up feeling like more of a hot tub because it is on the roof and was not controlled.

The hotel was a new build but on a very busy and loud street. Location is close to main tourist attractions. The rooftop pool is very small (more like a tub). We had an issue with our air conditioning - someone had left the window open before our arrival and the AC would turn off every 5 minutes. The first staff was not able to help so we had a very hot first night. The second day the staff properly fixed the issue. Overall it is an okay hotel but we have stayed in much nicer in Athens.

The area itself is a bit shocking when you first arrive, but then you'll discover that all of Athens looks like this. A bit dirty and worn down. But once you step inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 2 bath room and it was very clean, very spacious and a great location within walking distance to the Parthenon, museums, restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful, the pool is really just a hot tub but we used it several times in the evening.

The bathroom had moldy grout, not egregious, but visible. The stairwell carpet was torn and water stained from leaky windows on every level. We did not feel unsafe, but it was in a neighborhood that was very graffiti ridden, and many buildings either empty or under going construction. The rooms were generously sized, the bed was comfy but the cabinetry was “Ikea” style and not in the best shape. The hotel is only 3 years old, and was already “worn”. I would not stay here again.
