"Water pressure in the bathroom was not good"

"The rooms need more clean supervision, the sheets looked like they were not changed after the previous stay. "

"You were in the middle of construction our room 420 had no bar in the closet, no hooks on the wall to hang clothes you still have punch out to do. Rate should of been adjusted due to construction "

"It's a 4-star hotel. It isn't up to par to many of the boutique hotels we stayed at this trip."

"Room was okay, could use some freshening up. We could hear our neighbor talking through the walls. Parking was not good. Our second night the parking lot was full and we had issues with parking. The elevator also had issues the second night. It wouldn’t open on the first floor, which meant we had to carry our suitcase down the stairs to check out the next morning. Definitely do not plan to stay there again if we stay in the area again!"
