Staff were courteous and polite. No issues and a good walking distance from downtown. There was a no dogs allowed sign when walking in and the hotel is listed as pet friendly on the Expedia website.

Arrived to my room with a broken toilet full of sh*t and toilet tissue. From there the front desk had the audacity to imply that they would bring a plunger for me to plunge toilet with. I called customer care to complain which resulted in the manager kicking me out in retaliation.

I’ve stayed in the tower before and it was good. Room 131 in th lower area was not good. It needs some attention. Said there was a coffee maker- no coffee maker. Ice machine was all the way back in the tower- too far away. Kleenex box had 2 tissues in it. It needs remodeling. Tile floor is awful. Wallpaper loose on the wall. Tub and shower are old. Hospitality suite on 3rd floor was pitiful for breakfast. No toast, no muffins or pastries. None. No fruit. The waffle machine was the only appealing thing and the coffee and juice. Was told I couldn’t stay in tower. There were very few cars in the lot. The front desk clerk said there were no clean rooms in the tower????? Very unsatisfied.

The room was dirty. The bed sheet and hand towel were either stained or never washed. The laminate floors were filthy. I had to throw away the socks I was wearing. The furniture needs to be replaced. The entire room needs to be refurbished.

I will first say, the room itself was clean & the bed was comfortable and the lady running the breakfast was great. It’s a fine place for one or two nights but I wouldn’t stay there for like a week. The guy working the night desk was terrible, he basically didn’t speak to us, handed us our keys to our room & we had to go back to him again because he didn’t tell us where our room was. The guy in the morning was fine. The area was ok but definitely wouldn’t want to take small children here, we saw several things that were concerning. Anyway, not a terrible experience but not the greatest either.

We checked in and checked out immediately. While it smelled like bleach cleaner, there was sticky spots on the floor and only looked surface cleaned. All the corners, nooks and anything not on the surface was filthy. The bathroom door looked like an animal had eaten the bottom of it. When I checked out immediately, the staff didn’t even ask why- just said ok.

Great location in city. The parking lot was limited to one entrance and exit. The main building was very clean and the breakfast area was large and well equiped. The breakfast matron was very friendly and helpful.

Not clean, old, and the biggest problem was we had no hot water for showers. We had several families with us on the same floor who also didn’t have hot water. Nothing was done or offered even when front desk was notified.

Game day rates in a college town are expected to be astronomical, and the only reason I booked this is because it did not require a 2 night stay. Otherwise, price was in line with newer properties in town and it’s safe to say this property is subpar. Sheets were either dirty or stained - hard to tell. Also ripped. The back of the door was filthy from hands I am sure but nothing a magic eraser couldn’t clean. Much needs to be addressed to fetch the kind of rate we paid to stay at this hotel. Game day or not.
