We arrived late with a young child and after a day of travelling were very happy to arrive at our accommodation, we even treated ourselves to a taxi to get there quicker and to get our daughter into bed. However the key box would not open, the code did not work, it was extremely stressful tiring and scary. We were on the steps for an hour before we got a response from the agent (as it was out of hours) we had called, emailed, text and even reached out to them on social media. We were at the point where we were just about to give up and find alternative accommodation. They'd given us the wrong code. Sadly when we finally got in, we were did not feel happy or relieved to be here, we felt angry, tired and frankly uncared for. We came away for a celebration, and that experience really put a damper on the weekend away, leaving us all feeling tired. The accommodation itself was ok, spacious, and the beds were comfy and it was fairly well equipped. Although next to a very big main road which is quite noisy.

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Apartment mit zwei Bädern, sehr komfortabel. Moderne, stilvolle Einrichtung, sehr sauber, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Die Lage ist gut, weil man schnell zur U-Bahn und zu Cafes gelangt. Einziges Manko ist, die Nähe zur Hauptstraße, dadurch recht laut, auch die ganze Nacht über, trotz Doppelverglasung.
