The 4th floor 107sq.m apartment is bright and peaceful. Partially refurbished in July 2018, it is appreciated by both families and groups of friends. 6 people can sleep comfortably. It is 4 min. to the metro. The fashionable Thissio area is a safe & genuine neighborhood, part of old Athens and surrounded by the downtown pedestrian network.

The apartment is large and sunny. It is on the 4th floor and consists of two bedrooms, a large living and dining room, a kitchen and two restrooms (a bathroom and a toilet). There are balconies on both sides, enabling guests to enjoy both morning coffee and evening drink on a verandah. The neighbourhood is a quiet one, as is the apartment. The air conditioning system and the glass panels are newly installed, as is a solar collector for warm water. Mattresses, bed sheets and kitchen utensils and the Tv set are new or mostly new. The apartment decoration aims to offer an insider's experience of living in today's Greece. Most of the original art is created by the host, Michalis, who is an artist.
