Washing machine does not work. It seems that for the last guest and before the machine does not work ( by the power the left). There is no phone number by fast reaction.

Good location but tired looking

Pros: good location to beaches and Glyfada centre including tram. Relatively large property. Bed in main bedroom large and comfortable. Balcony furniture also comfortable. However only giving 3* as property overall is tired looking especially bathroom. Cons: washing machine not working and when informed host they already knew and advised waiting for a spare part. Bedside lamp still not working which had been highlighted in a previous review. Small but important no tea towels or kitchen paper, cloth to swipe up or even a of bottle water provided. Only one toilet roll!

The communication with the owners was not there at all. We hadn't recieved our check in information the day of check in. Which made us call expedia help center. They said that we would get the information at 14 o'clock but we recieved it at 15 o'clock, which is check in time. The instructions on how to get in the gate were not clear. They said to press a bell but there wasn't one with that name. When asked about the correct one to press, we recieved the same message as the check in information. We also tried to call their number but it went to voicemail. We were lucky that one of the other residents were getting in, otherwise we wouldnt have gotten in. The airco in one room didn't get cold. The other room has a very squicky bed and floor. The shower needs new caulk as it was very run down and one door doenst close. We had to buy our own toiler paper as they only gave is one roll.

Huoneisto oli tilava ja toimiva monipuolisin kodinkoneineen. Siivouksessa parannettavaa ja huoneisto kulunut Toisessa makuuhuoneessa nariseva parisänky ja ei kunnollisia verhoja pimennykseen, vaikeutti nukkumista. Kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta.

I will not recommend

The positive part first - The location is good – walking distance to the Glyfada center and HopOn-HopOff bus. The apartment is quiet. The rest – not so much. The host sent incorrect check-in instructions - We were told keys are in lockbox hanging on the stairs railing. The actual location was 20 m away, not even in the apartment building, but on a wall next to the covered parking and mailboxes. Nevertheless we arrived before the check in end time, due to the lack of proper instructions and access to the building we were unable to enter the property and forced in the middle of the night to find hotel - Property is surrounded with high concrete wall and locked metal door. If you don't have key or someone to opens from inside, you can't enter. Communication was bad. Host was not answering the phone, delayed replies via WhatsApp using Google translate - sometimes you can't understand what he /she really means. WiFi was not working on arrival and was never fixed. One of the bedrooms had only one side lamp working (see the uploaded picture). The other one had only one light not working. When we complained, the answer received was "Please contact Expedia platform for any issues. Have a nice day." Nothing was fixed during our stay.
