Strong urine smell, swamp green pool, black mold in bathroom, horrible rate capitalising on grad weekend even though not full, sketchy folks wandering area, premise not secured with access hallways for guest only being able to open for anyone. We only stayed because we were desperate for a hotel & it was super expensive & not even safe & clean.

The front desk manager, Pete, was great - Very friendly, helpful and conversational. The room was nice and was remodeled but did show some chips in the paint. The beds were comfortable and not worn out. Unfortunately, a lot of outside noise filtered into the room from the parking lot but overall it was a nice place with a bit of nostalgia.

Definitely it the cleanest of places I’ve stayed. As always with traveling my intent was not to be holed up on a room the entire time… so the bed was fine and the tv and mini fridge worked. Water pressure and hot water was good and I guess that was all I needed.

Highly overpriced for an outdated property for a concert weekend. The mattress was hard as a rock. Room curtains did not close fully and light shone into the room all night making it difficult to sleep. Thankfully the room was clean although very dated.

So… black mold in the bathroom like A LOT! Saw a few roach friends. You can see through the wall where the a/c unit had sagged and left a huge gap. Burns on toilet seat and burn holes all over the black out curtain. It looks like a sky full of stars. We were there for a music festival so we were so tired by 1am when we got home we could’ve slept anywhere. The only high spot was the bed. Very comfortable but the sheets were not bleached so they appeared dirty because of staining. I think the price point is pretty audacious given the condition of the rooms. I wouldn’t stay there again.
