This property was a unexpected surprise at the end of a long drive! Spacious but inviting public spaces, very comfortable rooms with great mattresses and pillows, a fun roof top bar that was open until 11pm on a Monday night. Staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, exactly what you would expect if your mom could make perfect biscuits and scrambled eggs. We are looking forward to staying here again on our next drive!

Our reservation was cancelled even though I had prepaid. They then charged us for a room at a much higher rate. Finally, we were able to get this sorted out but the staff made a huge mistake.

Perfectly placed in downtown Athens. Can walk anywhere and close to UGA. Clean rooms and property. Try to stay here everytime we have to visit.

From the excellent food at the breakfast buffet to the ease of parking we had a smooth and wonderful stay at the Hyatt. Amanda at the front desk made us feel very welcomed. She attended to any of our questions/request with a smile! Great stay overall!

We were attending an event at the Classic Center, when I booked I did not realize the hotel was connected, wonderful surprise. Check in and check out was super easy. Breakfast was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again at the next competition
