Gorgeous, comfy room in a great location

Incredible room, with multiple balconies, an amazingly comfy bed and a gorgeous view of the Acropolis. It's also in a great location - nice and quiet but only 10 minutes' walk from the Acropolis Museum, several amazing sites and lots of beautiful restaurants!

Quiet place, very clean rooms, nice rooftop area to enjoy the sunset with a view of the Parthenon. Only challenge was that we couldn’t store our luggage in the space while we awaited our check in time. Otherwise, great stay!

The Lux and Easy, had the best air conditioning system I’ve encountered in Europe. The rooms are very nice. Although the surrounding area looks run down, we walked all around with no issues. Highly recommended this hotel if you’re looking to stay in the Acropolis area.

This was a perfect location to stay and our view of the Acropolis at night was spectacular. It was incredibly clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The street of the hotel was not so nice-lots of graffiti but we did not feel unsafe and it was very quiet. We had never stayed at a hotel without a reception area so luckily the cleaning staff was there and was able to help us put our luggage in the storage lockers. We probably should have looked into that before we arrived but it worked out just fine

There were numerous cigarette buts on the patio. Mid stay, a dead mouse appeared in the area near the hot tub. It remained there for the duration of the stay. Housekeeping was sporadic.

If you’re looking for a horrible location, no Hotel staff no cafés not even a cup of coffee or a restaurant anywhere nearby. If you’re looking for a place that the TVs don’t work and it had a fire alarm light blinking all night the Lux&easy is your place. Stay there one night paid for four no refund I do not recommend this place.

I can't speak for any of the other apartments as we had Apartment 01 which is just before the main entrance. Pros - super easy check-in. They send you an email that you need to complete to check in, you'll receive a code that will be used to enter the apartment (including main entrance doors). Place was clean, air conned and well equipped. Cons - plumbing. We could hear anytime someone above us (which is the whole complex) used the bathroom. A bit unpleasant. There was also an issue with the plumbing because our bathroom always reeked of sewer waste. We would have to leave it closed with the window wide open to try air it out. Made for a very unpleasant reaction when we walked into a very smelly apartment. Hopefully they look into fixing this.

Beautiful new modern facility and the room suite was very comfortable. Access to all the main attractions in Athens was easy, both walking and finding a taxi. Interesting cafes and restaurants in easy walking distance. What was hard was the fact that there is no lobby and the entrance is a small gate in the middle of the street for which you need a code to enter. They sent me the code but it wasn’t activated yet since I arrived early so I had to call and ask them to let me in and they give me an access code to store but the code for the room was not active until 3pm. After a long flight overnight I found that tricky but they were very responsive on the phone. Check that you have cell phone service in the country if you are coming from somewhere else, they are also on whatsapp but you need wifi for that, and have pen and paper ready so they can give you the code to the luggage locker.

The apartment is beautiful! Excellent communication with the owners - very quick to answer all questions and provide anything else not standard with the room - ie there are no extra linens so if someone is sleeping on the pull out ask for those before your arrival The area is a little run down but perfectly safe as is the interior. Be warned that the door handles fall off but it doesn’t matter because the doors can just be pushed open or use the lock to pull - Im pretty sure the handles are only there for a look as there is no hole for the little security pin The only other thing that takes some getting used to (we were on the first floor) is that the water (toilet only I think) from the units above run through the wall in the bedroom and there is a grid so you can hear it quite loudly. Hopefully you’ll be very tired from walking around Athens so you will sleep right through it Make sure you ask for what you need before you get there is there is a holiday as the owners do not work on holidays The housekeeping staff is amazing - if you don’t speak Greek have a translation program open as they do not speak English. They are friendly, efficient and very accommodating 😊

Nice room with good amenities. . Bed very comfortable, and shower was excellent. Room was cleaned with fresh towels everyday. Depending which room you pick, the balcony will have a different view. We had the basic 'Junior Suite' which the balcony looked onto other buildings which were quite dirty, and also looks into the ground floor apartment garden, which may impact privacy for both apartments. Roof terrace very nice with good view of the Acropolis, and plenty of seating. However sun loungers are in a separate part of roof terrace which you need to pay a fee to access (this also includes the jacuzzi, unless you book the jacuzzi room). Location is in walking distance to most areas worth visiting, at most 30mins away from Monastiraki and 20-25 from the Acropolis. The apartment complex is well kept, but in a more run down area of Athens. There's multiple grocery shops within 10minute walk which was useful as we made sandwiches and breakfasts in the room. Bring decent trainers/walking shoes for Athens generally,

Fin placering. Det ligger lige mellem 2 veje, og man kan høre biler og motorcykler så man skal være klar over der ikke er vildt stille. God service med opvaskning og friske håndklæder samt badekåber hver dag. Der havde været nogle problemer med bookingen, så vi fik en gratis opgradering hvilket var skønt.
