Welcome to EP7, a charming two-bedroom apartment featuring a relaxed, creatively styled interior. Enjoy two small balconies with greenery and access to a shared rooftop garden.

Both bedrooms have king-size beds that can also be arranged as two singles. An additional guest can sleep on the single sofa bed in the living room.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.
A washing machine and clothes drying rack are located on the rooftop and are shared with the other two apartments in the building.

Apartment EP7 is located on the first floor and is accessible via a staircase. There are two flights of stairs (25 steps to reach the apartment and 19 additional steps to access the rooftop terrace).

Located in Psirri (also spelled Psiri or Psyrri), one of central Athens’ most lively and historic neighbourhoods, the apartment offers a unique blend of tradition and modern flair. Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri now features traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. The area is also known for its bold street art and neoclassical charm.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—Psirri borders the Plaka district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.


Early check in or late check out
We are happy to offer flexible check-in and check-out times, subject to apartment availability. Please note that the official check-in time is by 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Late check in
For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00, we recommend using our trusted taxi service for airport pickup and apartment check-in. Fares up to 23:00 are €45 for a standard taxi and €90 for a minivan, payable directly to the driver. (Different rates apply after 23:00 and for port transfers.)

Alternatively, if you make your own way to the apartment, a member of our staff will meet you there. Please note that a late check-in fee of €20 is payable upon arrival.
