Everything about the apartment and property was excellent. The apartment was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. The complex includes a full gym and pool (although it was a bit cold for the pool). There is a grocery store within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our UGA visit

This is a beautiful, new 3 bedroom condo. Everything new, well appointed and spacious. Access to a great clubhouse and gym, pool just minutes away. Convenient to everything UGA within 10 -15 mins drive. Host was extremely helpful and communicated routinely to check on us. We will definitely re-book!

Great Place to Explore Athens!

We came up to Athens to visit our daughter at UGA. The property was brand new and in excellent condition. Extremely clean, well organized, and very aesthetically pleasing! The Amenity Center was exactly as advertised. A work area that my daughter used to study, a pool table and shuffle board in the game area, and a great work out area as well. I even spent one evening relaxing by the outdoor fireplace. We had a blast!
