Perfect location

I enjoyed my stay. The house was in a great location, and quiet neighborhood. It was very well stocked with everything you could need. Richard is a great host also. Highly recommend.

The house is great for a large group for a game weekend. It slept a group of adults comfortably. We appreciated the extra blankets. The sun porch was nice although we were too busy to sit out much. The host was helpful and gave us our privacy which to us is a huge plus for us.

Close to University

We rented the house for UGA graduation weekend for our daughter. House had plenty of rooms and accessories to make our stay confortable. The house is close to UGA and stores and restaurants. The property owners were quick to respond to questions and made us feel welcome.

Over flow family visit

Had family come in for daughter’s sweet 16 birthday. Considered a couple of hotel rooms but decided to use VRBO for the first time. Richard was a fabulous host and responded lightning fast! Thanks to him our first VRBO booking was a very positive experience.

Plenty of Room!

Lots of beds and BIG tv's! Make sure to check on what you need in the kitchen as there are some common things you will need that are not provided. I let the property owner know what would be good to include, I get the feeling he will make it better. Bring bug spray, there is an idealic screened in porch but the screen is not secure and bugs get in there easily!
