Erg schoon appartement, volgens hoge normen ingericht.

We have stayed here 5 times, and like that the location is convenient when we're transitioning between Rafina port and the airport. The neighborhood is cozy, and we have some dining options that we always look forward to. We also really appreciate the continental breakfast option.

AMAZING appartment. Perfectly clean, great shower, it has everything needed for a nice stay. And the staff is so kind and helpful. Out of all the appartments we have stayed in, this has been the best.

First, the breakfast is a scam. They charge €15 per person and you go there to find out that it’s a “continental”, as they call it, with tons of oranges and apples, just coffee and milk and marmalade. Nothing close to what you normally receive for that price. A fair price for this would be €5. Second, in the kitchen, the bowls and glasses were supposedly washed but were dirty. Apparently, they were washed after the previous guests and they don’t clean them or at least confirm if they are ready for the new guests. Third, the staff you communicate with (everything is online) is unfriendly and speaks to you like a robotic lawyer sending you a C&D letter. And this is in Greece, where people are well known for their hospitality. Last but not least, the apartment on the ground floor has no natural light and you feel like you’re in a cage. There is a beautiful balcony, however, with zero privacy, as it’s surrounded by cameras they have within the building, which obviously also capture the balcony – which is obviously not legal.

The apartment is really comfortable, well furnished and equipped, very clean and has everything you need. A welcome basket with wine and nuts was provided even though we only stayed for one night and in the bathroom we found natural hygiene products like olive soap. We really enjoyed the last night of our holidays in Greece.

We've stayed at this location 2x on a layover in Athens. We love that it's located close to Rafina port and close to the airport. It's a family-friendly neighborhood with a quaint town square with restaurant options within a 5-10min walk. The hosts are very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for another great stay!

Wonderful! Highly recommended!

We loved staying here when we were in Athens! Our trip around Italy and Greece was 2.5 weeks long and this was easily the best place we stayed. It was so clean, comfortable, spacious, and everything felt sleek and new. The property manager was so gracious, hospitable, and helpful. It was a very restful and delightful stay. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Athens.
