Loved This Place – Can’t Wait to Return

Our stay at the luxury studio at Ipelhome Plaza Boutique Apartments was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t be better — just step outside and you’re surrounded by the charming restaurants and cafes of Plaka, yet the apartment itself is peaceful and quiet. The studio had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with great attention to detail. We especially loved the two outdoor furnished spaces, which were perfect for relaxing at different times of the day. One of the highlights was filling up the outdoor jacuzzi and unwinding there after a full day exploring Athens — absolute bliss! The staff were so helpful - helping with our taxi, recommendations, to the precise instructions on how to enter our room as we checked in late, they were so so welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the apartment and the city so much that we’re already planning to come back with our family. Highly recommended!

Its two-story layout featured sleeping areas both upstairs and downstairs, with a bathroom on each level—a thoughtful touch that added great convenience for our stay. The kitchen came equipped with a small refrigerator that worked perfectly for our needs, and while there was a lovely private outdoor space available, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it since we spent most of our days out discovering the wonders of Athens. Plaka Boutique Apartments is a wonderful option for anyone wanting to immerse themselves in the historic charm of Athens while enjoying the ease of exploring the city on foot. Highly recommended!

A perfect base for exploring Athens

We could not have been happier with our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured, and it felt very spacious. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and there was plenty of room to unpack and ‘live.’ The location is amazing and quiet. Minimal traffic noise and no noise from taverns or tourists in this busy Plaka neighborhood. Victor and Chris could not have been more accommodating with an early check in (and storing our luggage until the apartment was clean), and allowing us to store our luggage after check out time. For those looking for true kitchen capabilities, the kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, toaster oven, and basic cookware, dishware and cutlery — so it works for very simple needs. If we return to Athens, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

Highly recommend

Lovely apartment, well cared for and in a perfect location just round the corner from all the cute restaurants and bars and very near the hop on/hop off bus and the Acropolis. Would definitely recommend staying in the Plaka area and at these apartments which despite the closeness to all of the restaurants etc were very quiet. Chris, our host, was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation was just as pictured.

Our stay was so awesome! Ioanna was there to greet us the second we arrived, we had all the details we needed so check in was so easy and they arranged airport transfers for us. The whole place had electronic locks which was so efficient and our actual unit was adorable with a great view and all the amenities one could need. Not to mention being in Plaka was the best! 10/10 would return to Athens and stay at this unit in a heartbeat.
