Located in Athens, enjoy what this 2-bedroom condo has to offer.
The Tailgate Terrace condo is located in Stadium Village Condominiums - convenient and walkable to all things ATHENS! Roughly 1mi to the University of Ga, Sanford Stadium, downtown Athens, and The Classic Center. With lots of local flavor to enjoy. Gated community w/pool, fitness center & laundry access!
This property is newly renovated with new flooring, dishwasher, & furniture!
This fun property features a gorgeous bedroom with 1 king bed (new addition!) and a second bedroom with 1 bunk bed (full on the bottom, twin on top). The master bedroom has a makeup table with a hairdryer and a small straightener. Wrinkled clothes? Use the steamer for fresh clothes!
The kitchen is loaded with utensils, bowls, and cooking pots, including an air fryer, Keurig (with coffee cups), and more!

Tailgate Terrace
Stayed in Athens for a 25th anniversary reunion. Had a blast! The property was perfect and the hosts were super helpful! Already looking forward to our next trip!

Terrific location for a game and immaculate
Our family of 5 (6, 9, 12) had a great time staying here for our kids first UGA game and first trip back to Athens in at least 15+ years. The apartment was incredibly clean and perfect for our family, with a twin over full bunk in one room, and a queen in a spacious 2nd br. They thoughtfully left us some breakfast food in the fridge and also made sure we had plenty of bottled water when there was an issue with the water main. We'd love to come back. 25 min walk to Sanford for a game, a little shorter if you're going in the east side. Thanks, dawgs!
